We opened our doors to the community and began to provide quality health care on August 5, 1996. Since that time our office has expanded to include an array of health services.

Health Fair 2008 Winners
Winners of Computers and Trip to Puerto Rico 2008 Special Thanks to Assemblyman Sam Hoyt and NYS Senator Antoine Thompson
I have attended the health fair every year since the 1st one. I believe that what Dr. Vazquez is doing is commendable. There are so many hispanics that are uninsured and this gives them the opportunity to be tested for numerous illnesses that we as hispanics are at high risk for, such as diabetis and high blood pressure.
